244.4. I am SO fed up. I accept responsibility for it, because I have been eating out a lot, but I’ve also been exercising more. I thought when I moved out mid-March, the weight would fall off. When I was living at home, I was probably 80% unhealthy and 20% heathy. I was at least maintaining weight then Now I’m probably 80% healthy and 20% unhealthy and yet I’m GAINING. Need to figure this out…
